Shipping and Delivery Policy

Welcome to Inch Technologies. We are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please read our Shipping and Delivery Policy below to understand how we ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery process for you.

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  • An email confirmation will be sent once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates and shipping rates will depend on the shipping method you choose, the destination address, and the size/weight of your items.
  • Inch Technologies offers various shipping options to meet your needs. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Inch Technologies is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

  • Inch Technologies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping:

  • We currently offer international shipping
  • Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and any other additional charges.
